### I ordered the wrong size. How can I exchange my bracelet?+

We’re happy to exchange a bracelet that doesn’t fit. Within Germany, we send you a free return label. For returns from other countries, you pay the return shipping.

### I received a coupon for opening a customer account. How do I redeem it?+

Enter the code in the coupon field at checkout and apply it. It works just like any other voucher in our shop.

### How can I return an order?+

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Within Germany, we send you a free return label. For returns from other countries, you pay the return shipping.

### Will I receive a tracking number?+

Yes. Every order ships with tracking, and we email you the tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. Shipping is free worldwide.

### Can I wear the bracelet in the shower?+

Yes, unless it has a leather band. Our bracelets are waterproof, except for our leather models, which should not get wet.

Wearing your bracelet in the shower every day will still make it look worn sooner, much like a favorite T-shirt that is worn and washed daily. To keep it looking its best, take it off before showering or swimming when you can.

### What size do I need?+

Our bracelet sizes always refer to the total length, including the clasp. To find your size:

1. Wrap a piece of string or a cable tie around your wrist.
2. Pull it snug (not tight) and measure the exact circumference of your wrist.
3. Add 2–2.5 cm (0.8–1 in) to the measured circumference of your wrist.
4. The result is your bracelet size. When in doubt, we recommend the larger size.

### Do you refund VAT for customers outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland)?+

Yes. We usually ship your order directly to you anywhere in the world. You can also have it delivered to an address in Germany and export it yourself.

To claim back the VAT, print the invoice we sent with your order, have it stamped by customs, and mail the original stamped invoice to: The Reinholz Company GmbH, Mühlenstr. 8a, 14167 Berlin, Germany.

We refund the VAT to the payment method you used at checkout. If you’d prefer a bank transfer instead, please include your bank details.
