## Shipping costs and delivery times

We ship every order worldwide free of charge.

- Germany: 3–5 days
- All other countries: 5–8 days

Every order ships with tracking: we email you the tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. For delivery to the US and Canada, prices include free shipping and all import duties. Orders delivered outside the EU, except to the US and Canada, may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are paid by the recipient.

For all shipments, we send shipping confirmations with tracking numbers to monitor the package’s progress.

##### Dispatch costs

We do not charge any shipping costs.

#### Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods (Germany) shall be made within 3 - 5 days and deliveries abroad within 5 - 8 days from the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment is agreed from the date of the payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
