Interruptions to our service due to the COVID-19 crisis

Dear friends of Reynborg,

Unfortunately, we have to inform you that due to the COVID-19 crisis, the transit of international packages has been interrupted as of April 1st, 2020.

As of today, we do not know how long this interruption will last and how exactly it will affect the delivery time of your order.

Early this year, we took the relevant measures to protect the health of our team and of every person involved in our chain of business processes. Now, it is the time to take impactful measures to protect our existence as a passionate team that crafts those very special pieces for you.

As Reynborg is a small boutique based in Berlin, we cannot afford to completely close our international business for many weeks or even months. As a small company, we are doing everything we can to survive this crisis and to resume the usual quality of service as fast as possible.

Our team is working hard to find alternative solutions to ship our bracelets to you. Unfortunately, due to the massive reduction in international flights, there is almost no capacity for international mail. For us, it is not an option to bear you with shipping costs that exceed the value of our bracelets.

Therefore, until further notice, we cannot promise any short term delivery windows anymore, so we have disabled the premium shipping method on our online shop.

We need your help to survive this crisis.

Today, we are announcing that we have changed the way we process orders on our online shop.

Until further notice, we will not offer standard orders anymore.

As an alternative, we are announcing the availability of Supporter-Orders.

A Supporter-Order is an order from our online shop with a delayed delivery.

This means you can still order our bracelets and thereby help us to survive this crisis. We will do our best to get your bracelets shipped as fast as possible.

UPDATE (May 21st, 2020): The USA is still affected by the shipping interruption. Orders to Canada will be processed as usual.

UPDATE (June 29th, 2020): Worldwide international shipping is up again! All orders have been posted and tracking emails have been sent for each Support-Order.

Please help us by placing such an order with a delayed delivery.

Furthermore, to thank everybody who supports us during this crisis, we are announcing a 30% discount on all Supporter-Orders placed by June 1st, 2020.

All Support-Orders have already been posted. If you have placed such an order, you have received an email with your tracking information.

Yes. Our revocation and returns policy does apply. The 30 days of returns that we do offer do start from the day you receive your package, not the day you place your order.

Yes, you can. As long as we have not shipped your order, we can cancel and refund your order. In order to cancel such an order, please reach out at hello@reynborg.com

Yes, you will. We will send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed and posted. All Support-Orders will be shipped with a tracked shipping method and you will receive a tracking number.

We are sending order confirmation emails for every order. If you did not receive such an email within one hour after you have placed your order, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot locate such an email from us, please reach out at hello@reynborg.com
