If you have received a coupon code as a thank you gift for opening a customer account, you can use this coupon as every other gift card or voucher on our online shop. During checkout you will see a form field “Coupon code”. Simply enter your coupon there and click “apply coupon”.
We offer hassle-free returns if you are not satisfied with your order. Orders are returnable within 30 days of delivery. Please get in touch via email at hello@reynborg.com or use our returns form at https://reynborg.com/returns
We do offer free worldwide standard shipping for all orders. All shipments have a tracking ID. We will email it to you once your package has left our warehouse.
Yes you can. But please mind our care instructions.
Wearing the bracelet during showering will make it look ‘used’ after some time.
Just think of your favorite t-shirt. If you wear and wash it every day, it will wear off quickly.
If you love your bracelet, you do not wear it under water.
Our bracelet sizes are always indicated in the total length including clasp. In order to find your perfect size, we recommend the following:
- Take a string or cable tie and wind it around your wrist.
- Put it tight and measure the exact circumference of your wrist.
- Add 0.75 – 1.0in to the measured circumference of your wrist.
- The sum should be your perfect bracelet size.
If you are not satisfied with your bracelet size, we do offer hassle-free exchanges.
