Warranty Terms
These warranty terms describe the general conditions of the Reynborg warranty.
The warrantor is The Reinholz Company GmbH, Mühlenstr. 8a, 14167 Berlin, Germany.
The Reinholz Company GmbH grants a warranty of two (2) years from the date of issue of the proof of purchase on your purchased Reynborg jewelry item in accordance with these warranty terms.
The Reynborg warranty covers material defects and production defects that already existed when the purchased item was delivered by The Reinholz Company GmbH. The geographical scope of warranty coverage is worldwide.
To claim this warranty, a valid retailer proof of purchase and a warranty card signed by the respective retailer must be submitted at https://warranty.reynborg.com via a warranty form together with a description of the defect. Alternatively, we offer warranty registration directly after purchase on the aforementioned website.
A prerequisite for claiming the warranty service is that you enable us to examine the warranty claim (e.g., by presenting or sending in the item). Any shipping costs incurred for sending the item to us will not be reimbursed.
During the validity period of this warranty, upon warranty registration or presentation of valid proof of purchase and warranty card, we will repair any defect covered by the warranty free of charge; we reserve the right to replace a defective item with a new one with identical or similar characteristics if repair proves unsuitable or impossible.
Return shipping and repair or replacement are free of charge. A repair or replacement does not extend the duration of the original warranty.
Excluded from this warranty are:
- Normal wear and tear from wearing and aging (e.g., scratches in stainless steel, changes in color and/or material of non-metallic elements, peeling gold plating);
- Damage resulting from improper handling (e.g., washing in a washing machine, use of force, do-it-yourself repairs), lack of care, and accidents.
Further claims, e.g., for damages not covered by the above warranty, against The Reinholz Company GmbH are excluded.
The Reynborg warranty does not affect the customer’s rights under statutory warranty and does not restrict them, but rather extends them.
